HDPE pipe grades are bimodal resins classified by their minimum required strength: PE80 (MRS 8 MPa) and PE100 (MRS 10 MPa). They are used for water supply, gas distribution, sewage, irrigation and industrial pipelines, and for fittings.
• HDPE PE100 Natural – natural PE100 resin for pipe producers who add their own carbon black or colour masterbatch.
• PE100 Black Pipe Compound – ready-to-use PE100 compound with 2–2.5% well-dispersed carbon black for UV protection.
• HDPE EX3 (PE80) – PE80 grade for low- and medium-pressure water and irrigation pipe.
