HDPE injection moulding grades combine easy flow with rigidity and impact strength at low temperatures. They are used for crates, pallets, buckets, household goods, caps and closures.
• HDPE 52518 – general injection grade for crates, pails and thick-walled parts.
• HDPE 62N07 – rigid, UV-resistant grade (MFR ≈ 7) for crates, pallets, boxes, seats and heavy-duty housewares.
Both grades can be coloured with standard polyolefin masterbatch. Check melt flow index on the product pages to match your mould’s flow length.
