GPPS 1540 is an easy-flowing crystal polystyrene for extrusion and injection moulding. It improves extruder output and thermoforming cycle time when blended with high-impact polystyrene and is particularly suitable for glossy-layer co-extrusion. Food-contact grade.

Processing Guide

  • Process: Extrusion & injection
  • Melt temperature: 180 – 240 °C
  • Pre-drying: 70 °C, 2 – 4 h
  • Shrinkage: 0.4 – 0.7 %

  • 25 kg PE / woven bags; palletised or jumbo bags on request
  • 20′ / 40′ container loading
  • Delivery ex-factory or at border, 100% pre-shipment inspection and full export documentation
